We are a small family run operation, specialising in oil fired appliances. Our

main customer base covers the North Hampshire and Berkshire areas As a

registered OFTEC company we are able to install, service and commission and

register boilers including range cookers, together with oil tank installations.

 

It is a general policy of ours that we do not charge a call out fee.  We prefer

to operate a fixed fee for the standard operations. That is for servicing,

commissioning, landlord certificates etc. We carry a large spares holding for the

majority of boilers meaning we usually are able to fix the issue on the first visit.

Our terms and conditions are clearly printed on the reverse side of all our

correspondence.

 

We try to provide a same day boiler and system breakdown service, however

in busy periods, this may not be possible. All out of hours emergency calls are

dealt with on a best endeavours / make safe basis. 

 

All our work is carried out to the highest standard, and we are in close contact

with the boiler manufacturers, governing bodies, OFTEC and local building

authorities, thus keeping up to date with the ever changing rules and

regulations.
